The Brontosaurus from Schleich is one of the well-known herbivorous dinosaurs of the Jurassic period.
Brontosaurus has a long tail, a massive body and a narrow neck. This dinosaur weighed about 15 tons and measured a full 22 meters in length. So far, a Brontosaurus skeleton has been found, but not its head. It probably had a relatively small head, like the Apatosaurus. The name Brontosaurus means Thunder lizard. Previously, it was believed that this dino could crack its tail like a whip.
