Exchanges & Right of Withdrawal

At Karrusella, we offer a 1-year exchange and return policy. The period begins on the day you receive your order.

You may exchange and return all items in both of our physical stores, regardless of whether they were purchased in-store or via our webshop.

If you choose to exchange an item in-store, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please bring proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or order number.

If you wish to return an item by mail, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For webshop purchases, please include your order number. For in-store purchases, please include a copy of your receipt. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

IMPORTANT: Your return shipment must always be sent with business/home delivery, regardless of the carrier chosen. We are unable to receive return parcels delivered to parcel shops or other pickup locations.

Please note that DAO does not offer business delivery, and Karrusella is therefore unable to collect parcels delivered to parcel shops.

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of shipment when sending a return, in case the parcel is lost in transit. You are responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by Karrusella.

Right of Complaint (Warranty)

A 2-year warranty is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the product.

If you wish to file a complaint regarding a product purchased on karrusella.dk, please contact us at webshop@karrusella.dk.

In-store
If you wish to file a complaint regarding a product purchased in one of our stores, please bring the item along with your receipt. We aim to resolve complaints immediately whenever possible, but in some cases we may need to retain the product for further inspection.
