Terms of service


Payment

Karrusella accepts payment by Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. No payment fees are charged.

Payment for your order will only be withdrawn from your account once the item has been dispatched. All prices are in DKK and include Danish VAT.

If you are a customer outside the EU, Danish VAT will be deducted from your order.

Karrusella uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we cannot read your information, nor will it be shared with third parties.


EAN Purchases

You can shop using an EAN number on karrusella.dk.

During checkout, enter the EAN number in the designated field. The goods will be shipped to your requested address and invoiced electronically via the EAN system.


Delivery

Karrusella ships parcels with GLS. Parcels are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). You can track your parcel using the track & trace number sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Whenever possible, our parcels are shipped in recycled boxes to reduce environmental impact.

If your order is not collected within the period specified by GLS, it will automatically be returned to Karrusella. A return shipping fee of DKK 39 will be charged.


Click & Collect

When placing your order, you can choose to collect your order in one of our stores.

If you place your order on a weekday before 2:00 PM and the item is in stock in the selected store, it will often be ready for collection within a few hours.

Please note that the webshop is connected to our warehouse in Copenhagen. If you choose collection in Aarhus, it may take up to six days before the order is ready for pickup.

Always wait until you receive an email confirming that your order is ready for collection.


Right of Complaint (Warranty)

A 2-year warranty is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.

Online
If you wish to file a complaint regarding a product purchased on karrusella.dk, please contact us at webshop@karrusella.dk.

Store
If you wish to file a complaint regarding products purchased in one of our stores, please bring the product along with your receipt. We aim to resolve complaints immediately, but in some cases, the product may be retained for further inspection.


Returns

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

If a refund has been agreed upon, the amount will be refunded to the card used for payment. If the purchase was not paid by card, please provide your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.


Stock Availability

Our website is updated daily to ensure that displayed items are in stock. However, since karrusella.dk is connected to our stores in Copenhagen and Aarhus, items may sell out during the day.

You will be informed as soon as possible before dispatch if one or more of your purchased items are out of stock.
