Red deer of this species are shy animals. If they are frightened, they will wag their tails back and forth, and if there is a real predator nearby, they will stretch their tails all the way up in the air, revealing their white fur.
The red deer's biggest enemies in nature are pumas, coyotes, wolves, alligators, bears and jaguars.
All of the beautiful animals from Schleich are hand-painted and have undergone a wide range of safety and quality tests. The animals are therefore both unique and safe for your child to play with.
