My own suitcase about mindfulness contains 25 solid cards with strips and exercises from the book on mindfulness A bird in the hand .
One side of the card contains a strip and Lea Letén's beautiful illustrations, and the other side explains how to perform the mindfulness exercise, all based on play and imagination.
Together, language and movement support each other wonderfully, as the child's language learning is stimulated by physical activity, and the child finds it easier to remember the exercise when it is coupled with a strip.
The suitcase is an excellent introduction to the wonderful world of mindfulness for the very little ones and is a fantastic opportunity to establish small breaks in a busy everyday life in a fun and different way.
