My own suitcase of yoga cards contains 30 cards in sturdy cardboard with strips and exercises from the bestseller Listen to the Lion. The suitcase is a good introduction to the world of yoga for the little ones.
One side of the card contains a strip of beautiful illustrations, and the other side explains how to perform the yoga exercise, all based on play and imagination.
Together, language and movement support each other as the child's language learning is stimulated by physical activity. When the yoga exercise is coupled with a strip, the child can more easily remember the exercise.
Age: From approximately 4 years.
When you place your order, you can choose to pick up your order at one of our stores.
Please note that the webshop is connected to our warehouse in Copenhagen. When you order for pickup in Aarhus, it can therefore take up to six days before the order is ready for pickup.
Therefore, always wait until you have received an email stating that your order is ready for pickup.
