In "Kaj si'r go'nat" Kaj, the teddy bear Lise and the nice red toy horse are playing in the garden. Kaj puts Lise and the horse to bed and says good night to them. He also says good night to the flower in the garden and the bird in the tree. And when the sun starts to set, he says good night to it. Finally, mother comes out into the garden, and then it's Kaj's turn to go to bed.
The Kaj books, in the sign-supported version, are intended to support early language development for children who need to use signs for speech or sign language. The books are excellent as read-aloud books and as a starting point for wonder, dialogue and retelling of the stories.
